With over 25 years of experience in management, talent development, and supporting organizations, she helps executives and teams clarify their vision, structure their growth, and strengthen their execution capacity. Her systemic approach sees the organization as an ecosystem where strategy, structure, processes, teams, and leadership are closely interconnected.
